Redefining Food Allergies.
FoodClues® is a clinical pattern-recognition methodology that turns your clients' food reactions, avoidances, and cravings into diagnostic signals — pointing to the body systems that need support. For the practitioners who go deep with it, it becomes more than a framework. It becomes a clinical identity to practice from.

The meal plan is clear. The protocol makes sense. But their food sensitivity list complicates your best recommendation — and you have learned to work around it. You pivot. You modify. You make it work.
But what if the foods they cannot tolerate are not just obstacles? What if they are data points pointing directly to the root of the problem your client actually came to you for in the first place?
Your client's reactions are not the problem. They are the message. FoodClues® teaches you how to read them.
You already know avoidance is not a treatment plan. Now there is a framework for what is.
The Clinical Framework Behind the Methodology
Food Reaction Syndrome™ is the correct clinical classification for what has never been properly classified. Food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities are not three separate conditions — they are severity grades on a single spectrum, all expressing the same underlying mechanism: the body's reduced capacity to convert, eliminate, and regulate at the level required for normal immune and metabolic function.
FoodClues® operationalizes FRS™ in clinical practice — reading what a client eats, avoids, reacts to, and craves as diagnostic signals pointing to the underlying driver.

Food Reaction Syndrome™ names the clinical pattern: food reactions cluster with chronic symptoms across multiple body systems because they share the same underlying drivers. The reaction is not the problem. It is the signal. A syndrome with identifiable drivers is fundamentally different from a permanent diagnosis with avoidance as the only answer.
FoodClues® — The Methodology
FoodClues® operationalizes FRS™ assessment. It gives you a systematic way to read the pattern, identify the driver, and sequence your support — so you stop working around the reaction and start addressing what’s behind it.
What FoodClues® Teaches You
The FoodClues® framework was built through years of direct clinical work with last-resort clients. Every food-to-system mapping came from real cases. Here is what you will learn to do.
Every food a client avoids has a biochemical fingerprint. Those fingerprints cluster into patterns pointing to specific body systems under strain. Most practitioners are sitting on this data without a framework to read it.
Every food reaction belongs to a pattern. When multiple foods in a meal share the same internal system demand, that overlap is a signal. FoodClues® gives you the framework to recognize it.
FoodClues® is not a tool to add to what you already do. It is the layer most root-cause frameworks are missing — and for the practitioners who work within it, it becomes the foundation of a clinical identity patients are actively searching for.
Most protocols stall not because they are wrong, but because they go in the wrong order. FoodClues® follows the body's natural sequence for restoration — entry point, order, and restoration — and teaches you to do the same.
When the burdened system is addressed instead of just avoided, food tolerance improves. And so do the chronic symptoms your client originally came to you for.
You do not need new clients to use FoodClues®. Practitioners who learn this framework consistently tell me they immediately start seeing patterns in the clients they are already working with.
Who Built This
Dr. Alexis is the architect of Food Reaction Syndrome™ and the FoodClues® methodology, and the founder of Sovara Health Systems. She built this system over years of working with clients who had been told there were no other options for their food reactions beyond avoidance.
Her background began in orthopedic physical therapy. A clear sense of calling led her into functional medicine, where she began connecting food reactions to internal system patterns in a way conventional medicine simply was not designed to address.
Every food-to-system mapping in the FoodClues® framework came from real clinical cases. That experience is now a teachable methodology — and she is looking for practitioners who are ready to add it to their work.
What Fellow Practitioners Are Saying
K. Anderson, Arkansas
Registered Dietitian · FoodClues® Program Client (working with her 8-year-old son)“Your assessments surprised me but in a good way. As a Registered Dietitian myself I could envision what information I would use to make informed assessments, and I was encouraged that your assessments were beyond comprehensive. Your assessments and feedback clearly show that you are able to deeply interpret connections between symptoms and history that few other practitioners are, and your communication, enthusiasm and encouragement offered me a lot of hope. Hope is hard to come by when your son has life threatening autoimmune conditions that the system regards as genetic, occurring by chance, and considered statistically lifelong.”
“Valuable, clear, and sensible advice on cases. Always able to find the hidden gems.”

“Always happy to help. See things from a root cause perspective with a brilliantly systematized approach that helps get clarity and support the client step by step with realistic timelines and anticipated outcomes.”

FoodClues® 101 is a free short masterclass that introduces the FRS™ framework and the FoodClues® methodology from the ground up. It has become the entry point practitioners most often say is where the methodology first clicked for them.
In it, Dr. Alexis walks through the FRS™ clinical framework, the mushroom example in full detail, why good-intentioned protocols stall without the right sequence, and what changes when the underlying system is finally addressed.

The Clinician Path
The masterclass is where the methodology clicks. What comes next is up to you — and there is a clear path for practitioners who want to go deeper.
The foundation. Understand the FRS™ framework, see a real case worked through from reaction to root cause, and decide whether this methodology fits your clinical approach.
Bring one complex food reaction case directly to the founder of the FRS™ methodology. One case, one call, one-on-one. Full FoodClues® pattern read, sequencing review, and clinical reasoning walk-through. Open to any clinician at any stage — no prior training required.
A live half-day working session covering the full FRS™ framework, all four FoodClues® pattern categories, and the sequencing logic that separates avoidance from actual clinical resolution. Immediately applicable to your current caseload.
Not a food tracker. A pattern-recognition tool that analyzes what your clients eat using the FoodClues® methodology and reveals the patterns their foods have in common — so you can see what’s actually driving the reactions.
Formation-based training across an 8-month cohort structure. Practitioners who complete the program earn the credential of Food Reaction Specialist™, FRS™ Certified — a clinical identity they can practice from, market from, and build a patient base around.
Bring your complex cases. Work through them together using the FoodClues® framework alongside a community of certified practitioners doing the same work. Build your clinical eye month by month.
The highest tier of the clinician path. Licensed practitioners carry the FoodClues® methodology into their practice with full authorization to use the system, the branding, and the tools with their own clients.
The masterclass is free. Watch it once and you will never look at a food sensitivity list the same way again.
