What This Is

Direct access to the founder
of the FRS™ framework

This is not a course, a consultation template, or a recorded training. It is one complex food reaction case reviewed live, in full, with Dr. Alexis Sams — the clinician who developed Food Reaction Syndrome™ and the FoodClues® pattern-recognition framework.

You bring the patient. She reads the pattern — what they react to, avoid, tolerate, and crave — against the FRS™ driver framework, identifies the most likely underlying contributors, and walks you through how she would sequence the clinical response.

“The food reaction details are the most specific, most information-rich signal the syndrome produces. Everyone else is managing that signal. FoodClues® reads it.”

Who This Is For

You already suspect
there’s a pattern.

This session is designed for the clinician who has a patient they can’t fully explain under their current framework — and wants to see how FRS™ reads that case.

  • RDs, functional medicine providers, NPs, DOs, DPTs, and integrative practitioners who see complex food reaction patients
  • Clinicians with a patient whose food reactions, chronic symptoms, and lab picture don’t resolve under conventional care
  • Practitioners who suspect there’s a systemic pattern driving the reactions — but don’t have the framework to read it yet
  • Clinicians exploring the FRS™ framework who want a direct experience of FoodClues® framework before committing to certification
  • Any clinician at any stage — no prior FRS™ training or certification required

What Happens in the Session

Four steps. One complete clinical picture.

01

Pre-Session Intake

You complete a brief intake form before the call covering your patient’s food reactions, avoidances, intolerances, cravings, and associated non-food symptoms. Dr. Alexis reviews it before the session begins.

02

FoodClues® Pattern Read

Live on the call, she maps your patient’s food reaction history against the FRS™ driver framework — identifying which of the six driver categories the pattern most strongly implicates and why.

03

Driver ID & Sequencing

She walks through the most likely underlying contributors and how she would prioritize and sequence the clinical response — what to address first, what depends on what, and why the sequence matters.

04

Clinical Q&A

Time at the end of the call for your questions — about the specific case, the pattern logic, the framework, or how FRS™ intersects with your clinical approach and existing patient population.

What You Walk Away With

More than a consult.
A clinical reasoning demonstration.

A complete FoodClues® pattern read for your patient

Not a protocol recommendation. A clinical reasoning walk-through — how the food reaction details map to systemic dysfunction and what that map reveals about underlying drivers.

FRS™ driver identification and clinical sequencing

Which of the six FRS™ driver categories are most likely at play, what the evidence in the reaction history points to, and how she would prioritize the clinical response.

Live exposure to FoodClues® framework in action

Watching the pattern read happen in real time — applied to your actual patient — is a different experience than hearing it described. Most case review clinicians leave understanding FRS™ at a clinical level they couldn’t reach through content alone.

A clear next step for your practice

Whether that is applying what you heard to this patient, bringing a second case, attending the Clinician Bootcamp, or exploring FRS™ certification — you leave with a specific, informed direction.

Is This Right for You?

One session is a significant investment
of your time. Make sure it fits.

This is right for you if…

  • You have a specific patient case you want read against the FRS™ framework
  • You are an experienced clinician who regularly sees complex food reaction patients
  • You want direct exposure to FoodClues® framework before deciding on certification
  • You are comfortable holding space for a clinical framework that may challenge conventional allergy classification
  • You want to bring a patient perspective to a provider who understands the systemic picture

This is not the right fit if…

  • You are a consumer looking for personal food allergy support — the FoodClues® Decoder is the right starting point
  • You are looking for a peer supervision session or clinical oversight rather than a framework-specific case review
  • You want a protocol recommendation without the clinical reasoning behind it
  • You are early in clinical practice and not yet regularly managing complex chronic illness presentations
Not sure where to start? Watch FoodClues® 101 — the free masterclass that introduces the full FRS™ framework and gives you a foundation before booking a case review.
Dr. Alexis Sams

About Dr. Alexis Sams

The person who built
this framework.

Dr. Alexis Sams, PT, DPT is the founder of Sovara Health Systems and the developer of Food Reaction Syndrome™ — the clinical framework that reclassifies food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities not as three separate conditions, but as severity grades on a single syndrome with identifiable systemic drivers.

She developed the FoodClues® pattern-recognition framework to operationalize FRS™ in clinical practice — giving clinicians a systematic way to read food reaction history as a diagnostic map pointing toward underlying dysfunction. Private Case Review is direct access to her clinical time. You are not getting a trained associate or a recorded interpretation. You are working with the clinician who built the framework.

Through Sovara Health Institute, she trains and credentials Food Reaction Specialists — a clinical category she created — so that patients searching for a provider who understands the systemic picture can find one.

From Clinicians

What happens when the
pattern finally clicks.

I have been practicing functional nutrition for over a decade and I still left that session with a completely different framework for reading my food reaction patients. The FoodClues® read she did on my patient’s case connected things I had been managing separately for two years.

Maggie — Registered Dietitian

What surprised me most was how much clinical information was already there in the food reaction history. I had the data. I just didn’t have the framework to read it. Watching her work through my patient’s pattern in real time was unlike any training I have done.

Cristie — Integrative NP
