Who This Is For
This is not a tool-based certification. It is not designed for beginners or protocol collectors. It is a formation-based clinical training for experienced practitioners who work with complex food allergy and intolerance cases and want a systematic framework for what they are already seeing.
What You Will Learn
Participants develop the ability to apply FoodClues® pattern logic across real cases, moving from food list to system pattern to sequenced intervention with precision and confidence.
Every food a client avoids, reacts to, or craves has a biochemical fingerprint. Learn to read those fingerprints as patterns pointing to specific body systems under strain, not just foods to work around.
Understand which systems must be stabilized before others can be addressed, and why correct interventions applied in the wrong order produce flares, regression, or new symptoms.
Learn to distinguish between pathology and adaptive compensation, and develop the clinical discernment to know when intervention is premature and restraint is the more skilled response.
Work through the full FoodClues® methodology, including the pattern categories, food-to-system mapping logic, and how to read reaction clusters as consistent diagnostic signals.
Develop confidence in sequencing, pacing, and restraint, and learn to communicate pauses, boundaries, and biological reasoning with clarity and authority.
Every clinical decision returns to a single question: why is this body reacting? This certification trains your thinking around that question and builds long-term independence in applying it.
Program Structure
The certification runs in two phases — a live intensive to establish the framework, followed by a six-month integration period to deepen application across real cases.
During the live intensive, participants will:

Additional Details
The Sovara Method operates within education, interpretation, and clinical guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Certification reflects clinical reasoning and professional posture, not a scope expansion beyond your existing license.
Certification demonstrates proficiency in FoodClues® pattern-based reasoning and clinical sequencing. It is a thinking framework certification, not a protocol or supplement certification.
Licensing to use the Sovara Assessment or Total Freedom Program with your own clients is available as a separate, post-certification process for graduates who wish to deliver the full program independently.
Enrollment is not open to all applicants. This certification is designed for experienced clinicians working with complex food allergy and intolerance cases. Applications are reviewed individually before enrollment is confirmed.
Your Instructor
Dr. Alexis is the founder of Sovara Health Systems and the creator of FoodClues® — a clinical pattern-recognition system she developed over years of working directly with last-resort food allergy and intolerance clients who had been told there were no other options beyond avoidance.
Her background began in orthopedic physical therapy. A clear sense of calling led her into functional medicine, where she began connecting food reactions, avoidances, and cravings to internal system patterns in a way conventional medicine was not designed to address.
Every food-to-system mapping in the FoodClues® framework came from real clinical cases. That experience is now a teachable methodology and this certification is how she trains practitioners to apply it.
